INTERIM MANAGER REGISTRATION 

• Broad managerial skills/experience in mainstream industrial and commercial companies, charitable organisations, public services, local or national government organisations.

• At least 7 years at head of function level or higher in larger companies. [i.e. >£10m t/o p.a.] or 10 years at deputy head of function level. For these reasons it is unlikely that you will be under 37 years of age.

• Your practice, if UK based, should be incorporated as a limited company for the provision of interim management and/or consultancy services. (Schedule D status is unacceptable.) In other countries, this may be either by way of a limited liability company or you should be able to provide proof of registration as an independent fiscal entity. A copy certificate of incorporation or proof will be required.

• Your company will carry professional indemnity insurance at an appropriate level. A copy of your cover note will be required. (If you don't have a policy, we will be happy to recommend a suitable provider)

• You must be able to provide by photocopy proof of your degree[s], professional qualifications and Institute memberships.

• You must be able to provide a list of three professional referees. These referees will be contacted within 4 - 6 weeks following your completed registration with our company.

The next criteria are only required for overseas assignments in non-English speaking areas:

• be able to conduct business competently in the foreign language[s] concerned.
• under normal circumstances, have working experience of at least a 3 month project/appointment in the country where that language is spoken.

If you cannot meet the above criteria:

If you satisfy our criteria, then complete these steps to register with us:

Step 1

Send an e-mail to (execs@globalexecutives.com) attaching your full C.V. in Microsoft Word (preferred), RTF or plain text format. Please ensure that you include the name of your limited company. We will review your suitability to undertake assignments for our clients and, if appropriate, send you the Access Code required to enter our on-line registration form below.

Please note that our registration pages will not work with Apple Macintosh computers at this time. They are designed and tested to operate with Microsoft Windows 98 (or later) operating system, running Internet Explorer version 4.0 (or later) browser. If you do not have access to the supported hardware and software then please let us know when e-mailing your full C.V. 

Step 2

On receipt of the Access Code, enter it into the field below and press the 'Register...' button to complete our on-line registration form.  This is used to capture some essential details about you that will be stored on our private database, used only by Global Executives employees, to search for appropriate executives that meet client requirements.

Please note that once you have clicked the register button and the applet is working correctly, you will be asked to verify a certificate for the Java Applet. Check the details are correct on the certificate, or please ring or contact global executives directly if you wish to verify with us that nothing unusual is happening. In any event you will need to click "Yes" in order to proceed.
