Finance Director - France
Faced with the need to replace a poorly performing Paris based finance director, the European subsidiary of a major US textile manufacturer hired a culturally aware and fluent French speaking Global Executive as Senior Director of Finance. He is charged with improving control systems, planning and forecasting techniques along with accurate and improved expenses control and full budgeting requirements. His tasks particularly included rebuilding damaged morale among the team of 25 staff.

Simple improvements in day to day control transformed the financial viability of the operations, much inefficiency was eliminated and morale and operational systems reformed.
European Operations Manager – Polymers
An international supplier of specialist polymers needed a manufacturing manager to restore its delivery performance. The executive appointed achieved such substantial results for the client and created such confidence in the delivery of performance that he was re-assigned as European operations manager to effect further improvement and to deliver part of the group's world-wide rationalisation programme. Procurement Executive – Semiconductors
Deployment of a senior procurement executive by a client in the semiconductor industry resulted in tangible savings in excess of £250,000 - a return of nearly 5:1 on the costs of deployment. Project Manager – Law firm
Document production in a major London city law practice needed to be decentralised; no easy task given a team of over 100 to organise, consult and re-assign. His 3 month assignment enabled attained sales revenue values to rise by over £300k. Company Turnaround – Telecommunications
Unconnected companies in telecommunications supply equipment – one in Wales the other in N. Ireland - received vital assistance from executives supplied by Global Executives. One company was rescued from imminent closure and ultimately sold on as a successful going concern; the other saw its manufacturing facilities improved and its productivity greatly enhanced.
